Exceptional workers!

Sandy was great.

Experience was good. Everything was handled in a timely manner. I would suggest more updates to customers on the progress of their vehicles. The only negative about my visit were about the workers with the service office near the waiting area with the frosted glass windows. A women in that office was extremely loud, using the f word. At one point came out yelling Andrew acting not professionally towards a service tech named “Carson”. She was very unprofessional and everyone in the waiting area was just watching her. Using foul language, her and the other coworkers were talking about negative customer situations/cases.

Had a good time, convenient service, Michael was extremely helpful.
