I waited 10 minutes in line in my vehicle. When invited to pull in I waited about 3 minutes for the service guy. He was very personable and let me know that they were about 2 hours behind schedule due to glitch of online scheduling overbooking appointmentsHe offered to get me a ride, and that worked out well. After 2 hours I was sent a link so I could follow the service on my vehicle

I was super happy that Clint was able to get me a great deal on my new CRV. And Cooper was very helpful and easy to work with as a salesman.

Chalissa took excellent care of me.I broke the passenger mirror and she ordered it for me. I also had a slow leak on the rear passenger tire.Both were fixed while I waitedI ate popcorn and drank coffee while I was thereAnd it cost less than I expected
