Had Carson very personable and knowledgeable felt I was able to trust him and could ask questions even dumb ones. I would like to have him again whenever I need to have service

Carson was amazing, helpful, and thorough. However, I made an appt online but had to wait for 30 minutes before anyone would even speak to me. I would suggest that you not offer appt times if you cannot accommodate those folks who show up at those scheduled times. Had I known it would have been over 45 minutes before I would know how long the service was going to take, I would not have made an afternoon appointment, I would have arrived early in the morning before work. In the afternoon at the time of my appointment, I had work and kid obligations that I needed to account for and Carson was understanding about that. The other folks working that day didn’t seem to care about the wait or were so slammed they couldn’t care.

I did have to go find someone after waiting 15 minutes as I had a 11:30 appointment to have my brakes flush Ed and then everything went perfectly fine.
