Easy to set the appointment and check in. I asked about a special deal that I saw on a banner in the service center. The agent Said he would be happy to get that set up for me. He was positive and personable. He let me know how long the service was going to take and that he would stay in touch with me if there was anything else I needed. I received a text or regarding two optional services and they were able to take care of them quickly. The tech was very, easy to work with. And obviously very knowledgeable About my truck. All in all, it was very positive experience

James was very helpful and accommodating.

From the moment Honda Coop greeted me outside the sales room, the leasing experience went exceptionally well. All of my questions were answered and felt supported in my decision making all the way through the transaction.

Katherine and Angelica in the service dept. are amazing! They made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even ordered an Uber to drop us off at the Boise Mall as well as picking us up from the mall. Absolutely amazing service.
