Due to the wildfires, a large portion of staff called out of work. Carter let me know right away that the service would take longer than originally expected. Honda provided a free Uber to the mall and back so I didn't have to wait in the lobby for four hours. The employees were kind & efficient. I also enjoyed the links they provided to track the service & show me all of the things they checked over. I'll definitely be coming back.
