Everything was great! I had my car serviced and back in 2 hours!!!

I love Jake... there is no better mechanic & I trust him completely. If it weren't for him, I'm positive things just wouldn't be the same. For almost 30 years we've come to Larry Miller & felt like we really mattered as a customer, receiving above & beyond service. Sounds like some "higher up" changes have happened... and we don't feel quite as valued, but Carson & Sam did what they could for us. I can only hope the future holds a good relationship, but I will be honest & say I'm worried. I feel a bit like if we don't come in looking rich & famous, how we are treated will completely change. I hope it isn't true & that we 'regular people' are still valued.

They did a great job fixing my air conditioning problem and also replacing a broken headlight. Staff were friendly and their UBER servicewas free! I was very happy. 😃

My service representative was Carson. He was very clear and concise with the information he relayed to me. My vehicle has 100,000 miles and he assisted me in making sure I was doing all the correct service requirements in a minimum amount of visits. The car is driving so nicely now.
