I had an appointment for an oil change. Sandy did a great job handling my work order. With the oil change the service crew does an inspection of areas of concern; tire life, brakes, fluids, wipers, etc. Never had the feeling that I had to take immediate action on anything, well except for the brake fluid (which I should have done with my last visit). I have had nothing but great service with the Service folks at Larry Miller Honda Boise.Thanks Sandy and all of those behind the scene.

Great. Frank is always friendly and helpful. I thought I needed a coolant flush but he had accurate records that I already had that. Saved me money.

What frustrates me is that you offer coupons but then they don’t apply to any of your newer cars.
