Traveling from Las Vegas to Washington State..The engine in our Honda Pilot (2014) started knocking. Triple A towed it to your service department and the Honda team got it repaired just in time to continue our trip the same day!!! Excellent work by Frank Aranda and mechanic!! Very impressed by the customer service and attention to job completion!

You get a 4 3/4 star rating. Sandy Ireland provided excellent service and communication. The cost of replacing the starter and cabin filter was well over $800, which is a lot gor me, living on a relatively yfixed income. As I left the dealership, the tire pressure light was on and the clock had not been reset to the correct time. While these are minor, I think when I pay “rIch lady prices” for service, I shouldn’t have to do anything but drive away as a 100% satisfied customer. The technicians kind of dropped the ball a bit st the end.🙁
