Objective was oil change. (4) Additional services identified by time in-service and criticality. Opted to complete all (4). appreciate the option and attention. Team also gracefully accommodated after-hour pickup.

The service was impeccable as always. Unfortunately I was there for four and a half hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and a new key fob. I had to check a handful of times to see how the progress was. I saw my car pulled up into the bay when it was done and had to go and ask myself 30 minutes later if I could have it.
