James was amazing. We were on our way home to Utah from Washington and had a check engine light flashing - engine started running rough right as we came into Boise. Had a tight timeline to get back to work in Salt Lake - James helped us get in with a master tech and got the problem fixed in time for us to make it back to Salt Lake and time. Likely the best service I’ve ever had from a car dealership/service center. Technician took time to diagnose the problem without just assuming the worst and fixed it for a lot less than it could have been. James was so kind and made sure I had an Uber back to my hotel to be surf my family while they worked on my van, then had an Uber pick me up to come get the car once it was fixed! Give James a raise! Thank you so much for getting us back on the road so quickly!
