My experience was exceptional! Carson Black helped get me booked online quickly and I was provided status updates throughout the service via text. It was quick, efficient and he got the job done with ease. I recommend Carson to anyone and everyone! He is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. When in the car business these qualities are deal breakers and Carson’s personality just naturally exhibits these traits! He provides service you deserve which is above and beyond expectations!

I had a morning appointment but that didn’t matter and they never got to see my vehicle till late afternoon. So that was frustrating having to wait so long because they overbooked themselves at the customers inconvenience. Although they got me an Uber ride nearby for lunch and informed me mid afternoon that they’d need it overnight and could also get me an Uber ride home and back next day when it was ready. Everyone was polite and professional, and my vehicle was fixed.

Service tech was the best that I have experienced at this dealership.

Great experience, awsome that I can set appointments on line. Love the text messages for updates and the ability to approve service items on line with a quote for service and fees. Only critique I can give is coupon policies. If you have multiple services done at once you should be able to use multiple or different coupons (mailed to me), as long as they are not stacking discounts.
