My battery had failed just outside of the 36-month warranty and not only were the guys able to get me in there quickly 45 minutes before closing, but they left my car and keys for me with the sales team for after hours pick-up and got me a free battery to boot! I am always so impressed and so very thankful for a great Honda team!
