KATY was Exceptional in accommodating my drop-in request for an oil change service. My PILOT was ready earlier than promised. I had taken a walk and she offered the shuttle to fetch me (although I chose to finish my walk. I’ll be back soon for additional recommended work. My 2015 PILOT came from this dealership and Katy is helping me take great care of it.

I dealt with Roger the last couple of times I had my car serviced. I feel that he is honest, knowledgeable, and has treated me well.

I love Larry Miller HondaSo it hurts me to share a not so good experience I had last time I took my CRV in for an oil change. I had a 2pm appointment so I arrived at a quarter till.I stood next to my car for about 15 minutes and had no less than 3 people tell me “someone will be with you in a sec.” “Or I’ll be right with you.” I thought getting a little early would expedite the process.I still love Larry Miller Honda but I just had to be real
