Brakes repaired as expected.What was unexpected was the chance to work with Carter.Actually cared about fixing my son’s car so he’d be safe and was a genuine honest dude. You guys are 2 for 2 this year. We had a good experience buying my wife’s car there. But dealing with Carter made my weekend. I will continue going to your dealership and tell my friends.Make sure you pay that guy so he sticks around. His customer service skills are going to take him places in business.

Carter did an excellent job of addressing the problem, in the most financially conservative manner possible. He also kept me abreast of everything that happened, thereby eliminating "invoice shock" upon checkout.

Oil and trans mission service. Good experience except when I called in to schedule the tranny service was quoted a price But was charged a higher price. Was told the person on the phone was using an old sheet so too bad. Now the service is done we can charge you whatever we want, not what we told you and you have no recourse.

He did a great job. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment and he took me anyway. He explained everything and was very professional and personable. I had a great experience. Thank you.
