Even though it appeared to be a busy time in the service center, my visit was incredibly streamlined. Sandy Ireland is a dream of a service rep. She listens carefully and stays engaged, clearly wanting to let me know that even my most insignificant requests are being attended to. The whole experience is very reassuring. I feel like I and my vehicle will be treated with respect and careful attention whenever I might need to return. There were no extra charges or surprises, and everything was carefully explained. Charlissa was kind and knowledgeable and informed me on all portions of what my vehicle needed. I was so glad I did the full oil change and tire rotation and inspection. I definitely needed a new battery.
