I found the car we were looking for at LMH Boise. We live in Harrisville Utah 300 miles away and Karina Boyer and her support staff were exceptional and very responsive to answer all my questions and help me solidify my decision to purchase a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite. She adjusted to my schedule to give me time to drive to Boise. The experience was refreshing compared to Tony Divino Toyota where we got our last car and I’m glad I made the switch to Honda where they treat you like a customer rather than try to take advantage at every corner. Thank you Karina for our new Honda purchase experience, which was 10 out of 10! The drive back was amazing with all the automation built into the Honda Pilot. Best driving experience I have ever had. Looking forward to road trips with this amazing vehicle.

Great service

They kept me up to date as there was a pump problem with one of the oils and I had to get to a meeting. They offered a Uber but I waited and was only 20 minutes for my meeting. Charissa took 10% off my large bill for my waiting. She was so attentive.

They worked me in for an oil change and I appreciate that. Liked that there was a June special on the oil change. Sandy was very helpful!

Everything was done in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly. Very easy experience.
