Had a recall item fixed and it started leaking again. Brought the vehicle back to fix and started the repair to find out parts were out of stock. Hoping to take the vehicle back over the long weekend Memorial Day until parts came back vehicle was apart so we had to leave it. Being without the vehicle for a total of four days was not convenient. Overall James and Tim did their best to get it done based on waiting for parts.

I needed a new windshield and have an extended warranty for the windshield. No one in the service department knew about the warranty I purchased when I bought the car from you. Nothing in your computer either. It was an inconvenience and a frustrating experience. It all turned out great. Eventually.
