The waiting room, bathroom and complimentary drinks and snacks are very nice. My car was going to take a day so I was given a loaner.I would have liked if my car had been washed given it was at the dealership for so long and at such a cost.I had asked for my brakes and shocks to be checked. I was hoping for some indication or information about their health
