The online appointment system didn’t work well & there was still a two hour wait.Roger was helpful & I had requested Bryce to do my service, but with the online appointment system, it didn’t work.

Friendly reception and departure. Little lengthy for an oil change. It would also be nice if Honda service was connected nationally. I had a service issue with injectors while traveling in another state. A Honda dealership corrected the problem. Today it was recommended the injectors should be cleaned. If the system was interconnected they would have known they were just replaced

I worked with Frank and he was so kind and wonderful to work with. The whole team at LMH was amazing! He and the team listened to what I wanted, didn’t waste my time with a bunch of sales pitches or yoyo’ing back and for with haggling over prices and payments, made sure I got the information I needed to make the right decision that worked best for me, was understanding, personable, followed up with me to make sure I was pleased with my car and experience, and made the whole purchase experience great! I was so impressed all around! 10/10 would recommend any day.

Carter is absolutely excellent on customer service. He goes above and beyond for this Larry Miller’s customer. I have purchased 5-6 vehicles from Larry Miller from the Fairview used car lot and this location over the years. Carter is one of the most pleasant to deal with, all are good but some stick out more than others and he is at the top and is a definite keeper.
