I took my daughter into Larry H. Miller Honda for her first service experience on her new 2025 CR-V's oil change. It was the best experience she's ever had. We were introduced by Carter, the service adviser, with a big friendly smile and a welcoming of "Welcome to Larry H. Miller" He was very polite and courteous and explained everything to her in fine detail. It was because of Carter and his expertise in knowing how to care and treat his customers and his knowledge of Honda vehicles and it's products that makes us feel so wanted that we will always continue to get our vehicles serviced at Larry H. Miller Honda. We both left fully and beyond satisfied! P.S. Hope he wins the National Honda Service Advisor competition award so he can further his ladder of success in representing Larry H. Miller Honda Boise and Idaho. No one more deserving to do it than Carter!!!
