We thought we needed new brakes, but come to find out we didn’t. We needed a couple of other things done. We were a bit disappointed that we were there for 2.5 hours and were only contacted by video on a text about service needed. We didn’t have anyone to speak with about what was going on and felt forgotten about.

Spencer was personable, professional, and professional.
