Flat tire on our 2015 CRV Friday. Called LHM Honda parts, Jason Flores ordered a new Cooper Tire. Monday tire arrived, Angelica in Service called us then we brought in tire/wheel & ot was changed & balanced in 10 minutes. Typical VIP treatment from local Honda dealership by workers that care for their customers. Thank you !

Jason was wonderful and friendly. Drop off was easy. I will say my birthday mini detail was a bit disappointing as there was still dirt outside and inside. But I was still delighted it was cleaner then I arrived. I am glad I had some rags in the back so I could wipe more dirt off.
