The service team was able to do an oil change, rotate the tires and check necessary items in 1 hour. The $50 engine air filter they wanted me to buy I bought for $19 and installed myself. Sorry.

The quality of Honda makes their job easy! My husband hates salespeople but they were just helpful. They listened to what was important to me, gave me space to think and look around. Let me drive multiple cars and gave me a fair offer on my trade-in. Two days later I did bring it back regarding an accessory. They were made it right and honored their word. That is good character I can trust moving forward. Love my new CRV and looking forward to a long relationship with Honda in Boise.

Great Service

First off, did not like talking to a fake person when making appointment. I had questions. Ridiculous. Had to wait 10 minutes once there for a person to check me in. However, Zach was very pleasant and nice to deal with while there.
