It was great. Clean, friendly, and met my expectations. I only give it four stars because the wait was a little long. I had an appointment at 2:15 and arrived early hoping to get in early. I arrived at about 115- 130 The gentleman told me he could make it happen but they were about an hour behind so really I feel like I just ended up having my 215 appointment. It was fine. I wasn’t gonna drive all the way back home anyways. But he should’ve just said we will stick to the 215 appointment. It’s a five star visit otherwise.I have a certified used Acura but have been struggling to get an oil change appointment. My favorite service technician left Acura and the customer service is nonexistent at this point. I love my Acura but 10 out of 10 do not recommend Acura service of Boise. Thankful for Honda who could get me in same day and had multiple appointment slots. Roger was who helped me and he was the kindest gentleman.
