My rep wasn't there to ck in nor there when I picked up my car. I finally found someone to help me. No discussion about my car nor where to pick it up. I found it in the lot on my own & drove away...not impressed with your process.

My husband and I had such a fantastic experience purchasing from Larry H Miller Honda. We floated the Boise River…showed up at about 4 to buy my third minivan. And we were on the road at about 7…. Travis was amazing and made the transaction seamless. Rasheed also helped along the way……did I mention that we also had our five kids in tow?! the kids center hot chocolate and popcorn kept them busy. A few days later I came in to get roof rails put on. Clint was absolutely amazing. Gave me a rental car to take the five kids to the mall. Hopped them up with more popcorn and hot chocolate and then I was on the road soon after. A special thanks to Kandis in the service department for taking such good care of me as she could relate as a mom of five as well!! We moved here about six months ago so we are used to the scheming, the sleazy, and the slimy. I can 100% guarantee you will not find that here. We purchased the brand new van I wanted. Traded in our old van for a great price and we weren’t hassled and haggled to get an extended warranty or anything like that. I am receiving nothing for leaving this review, but I am giving it because I truly believe that these individuals went above and beyond. Very thankful for them in this experience.
