We were referred to Roger Edwards by a good friend. We brought both our 2013 Honda Accord & our 2011 Honda Pilot in for all of their mileage appropriate services. The Pilot ended up needing $2,300 worth of services & the Accord needed $1,500 worth. "We loved paying $3,800 to bring both of our cars the service they needed, including the shop fees and dealer rates on labor & parts!" said no one ever, lol! However, if I were still a Sales Manager for HP, with a 100M a year sales quota, I'd do my best to steal Roger Edwards away from you! Why? He is THE ABSOLUTE BEST SALESPERSON you have!!! He used Druckeer's "Manuever X" in which you remove all pressure by letting us know the recommended services were optional. Then, he led with the benefits to us if we DID decide to do them. He validated our concerns which were specific to your location and why we'd switched to Tom Scott despite having to drive to Nampa. He validated our past frustration and instilled a sense of trust in your location based upon his trust in your master mechanics and our assessment of his character. If only my sales supervisors and sales people could've done this on a regular basis! I hope you recognize Roger and appreciate him as an innate leader among your the members of your customer service team. I hate to part with that much money but did so willingly, as direct result of the way Roger communicated with me and my husband. The thing we loved most about Roger, aside from his impressive level of expertise and professionalism, was his AARP status. Why? You have two entire generations (generations X & Baby Boomers) who are now in this age group and they/we have money to spend! We want quality, value, integrity and someone who's able to relate with us! Roger Edwards - the epitome of all of the aforementioned attributes! He did what no one does these days and 97% of people won't buy until you do... he asked for the sale! I hope you realize what you have in him as a Service Advisor. WOW!!! He not only brought us back to your dealership, he inspired us to refer our friends to you as well! In addition, he connected with our son with regard to the sports he plays for Capital High School. This means he just inspired the next generation of Honda drivers as well! Please take the time to acknowledge Roger for the level of excellence he brings with him each and every day!

Roger was very courteous. He told me about the things that needed to be fixed on my vehicle at this time, but did not pressure me to get all the other things repaired at the same time. They can be done on several other visits. I appreciated this as it was going to be very expensive.
