Rick explained everything in detail and made sure that I understood what was needed and why. This was the best experience I have had with the service department. I have been coming there for 14 years. I thought that the service department at LHM had turned horrible but this experience has brought me back. Thanks for bringing back the popcorn and coffee machine.
