I was told the closest appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was on Monday which was 4 days away but I asked if I could just do the oil change to get me in sooner and the receptionist was able to fit me in that same day for an oil change When I got there I was told it would take around an hour, and not only did they finish in less than 35 minutes they were also able to do the tire rotation and inspection on top of the car wash. I left extremely satisfied. Not only that, the servicing guy Spencer was super helpful with all my questions about paint damage and air filter etc…

It was very good, but after 3 car purchases and dozens of service stops I’m beginning to think that getting an early appointment means little. Even though this went well I was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours before I heard anything and the last time I went I was told it would be two hours before my car was looked at. It didn’t use to be like that

My experience was excellent

Spencer promptly approached me and took care of everything. I had an appointment set up and he quickly got me in and a ride home within minutes. He didn’t rip me off like the last guy did with my other car…Oddly enough I never got the survey for that one with Erik Thomas. Spencer seemed truly honest and knew his stuff and works with a smile and made me feel confident again about taking my cars there, like a legit place. I’ve bought several cars there and have always had them serviced there. Spencer is what I’ve always expected, so I’m glad he’s the rep I got this time. I’ll request him in the future if possible. Nothing but rave reviews for him!!

My service representative was so helpful, at getting me in and out quickly. He got me done 20 minutes before my deadline that I mentioned before the visit. So happy with my experience.
