Everything went faster than I expected to remediate the recalls. I did get a new key fob. Only question was, why did I get a new driver 1 fob when I already had one. I was expecting a new driver 2 fob. Other than that, Adam was really great to work with. He is extremely professional and ensured I was taken care of.
