I had a problem from a previous service which was quite frustrating, but my representative, Spencer, did an amazing job helping me resolve the issue, and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Despite how busy today was, he still responded to my concerns quickly and professionally!

Rick had amazing customer service from the moment he greeted me... during the process of getting me timely responses to my questions... and making sure that I felt well taken care of. I've always had great experiences with the Honda service team, but this was above and beyond.
