No lag between parking my car and an attendant greeting me. The tire advisor and the regular advisor took care of me and made sure my questions/concerns were listened to, and in the end, all of my concerns/requests were resolved.

When I got there , Adam one of the Advisor . Told me that his customer was in front me and another customer of his came. I need to attend to them.I feel that all customers are important.I finally go a nice Se r ice Advisor Joseph!. He had fantastic customer service and he listened , communicated and understood.
