I was happy that I came to your dealership for my recall. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately as compared to Stockton 12 Honda, who said I couldn't get an appointment until September 18th. They also told me it would take 2 days, but I had my appointment today with you, and it was only about 3 1/2 hours for the same thing! Jacob was very helpful and helped get that taken care of quickly for me. The Uber rides were very convenient and super fast, which I also appreciated!

Jacob did a great job of communicating with me and keeping the project moving. I was impressed that I was offered a ride if I needed to leave and that they worked with me to schedule things.The only thing that was a little off was I had a bad fan on the A/C compressor but that was only discovered after I had already paid to flush and replace the fluid. It basically means I both had a leak and a bad fan? But that's sort of odd. Ideally they would have diagnosed both issues up front. The way it happened, it sort of looks like they figured out the A/C compressor fan was busted and that might have been the real issue. If that's true, it would have saved me about $600 to just fix that.On the other hand, I was impressed with the service and the prices given for the different items.I expected things to be priced higher at the dealer but overall they were good.Side note, there was a strange incident with another customer. There was an elderly woman, probably in her 80s waiting for her car and quietly watching something on her ipad and a middle aged woman, probably in her 40s started harassing the elderly woman (who didn't seem to hear that she was even being harassed). This escalated into the middle aged woman telling the elderly woman that she "should just die already". I finally stepped in and asked the middle aged woman to leave the area, when she started she went off about how boomers needed to die etc and I finally called over the manager who very helpfully stepped in and escorted the middle aged woman away. The elderly woman finally looked up and asked what was going on and I told her not to worry about it. I appreciated the manager recognizing the situation and deescalating things quickly.

Very disappointed again. My apt for oil change was for 9:30. At 11:55 I happened to walk outside and saw my car sitting there. I went inside and found that it was completed but no one had notified me. Still took at least 15 minutes to check out. After talking to service manager I change my rating to four stars

My car had more problems then we knew Adam stayed on top of it and kept me informed I was Ubered to home, which I greatly appreciated the next day. We picked up the car and Rick was there,he was most generous and made sure we had all our questions answered great experience. Both service men Adam and Rick where great 5 stars to both
