Their exceptional service, swift action, and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations.From the moment I arrived at the service center, the manager was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and promptly diagnosed the issue with my car. Their expertise and efficiency were evident as they swiftly coordinated the necessary repairs.

They did a great job and treated me with respect. I came in needing my 30,000 mile transmission flush and they told me it would take about an hour to hour and a half. It was done in less than an hour.

Took off one star for the wait. This was supposed to be an express service oil change, I had an appointment, and I was disappointed in the hour and a half wait. Otherwise, I have always trusted LHM Honda to keep my car in good working order. Usually, the service attendant points out additional services that he'd like to sell me, but this time he just let me get away with an oil change and nothing more. I appreciated no upselling. Further, I had earlier purchased a 3-oil change plan and thought the time had expired on the plan, but they gave me the oil change without charge anyway. I appreciated that, too.
