Fast check in and repairs

I came in because of a mix up with paper work and needed to get my emissions test done so that I could get my lis nice plate (after a month and a half). I was in a bad mood because of the miscommunication-I had called 4 times before they helped me-but the service manager was amazing and made my day very easy. He talked to me like a human, didn’t take advantage of a young woman looking to get her car fixed up, and even replaced a headlight! Ryan really made a bad situation better and I really appreciate him!

Quick in and out. Priced as quoted. Spencer noticed my license had expired and offered to do emission’s while I waited. Only took a couple of minutes more.

Always love the popcorn while waiting. Really wish you could keep your service plan the way it was instead of $165. Most of my cars are older and may not benefit as much from the expensive fully synthetic oil.
