I needed new tires for my truck and I specified what I was looking for to Jasael. Obviously he’s an expert with vehicles AND customer service! WOW! I have never been treated with more respect and professionalism in any other dealership I’ve ever been to. “Jaz” was not only an expert in his field but made sure that I knew what was going on during my visit. He made sure that I was satisfied and inform with both my my decision and the result. I couldn’t recommend Jaz more. On top of that he never discussed payment until he knew I was absolutely overjoyed with his work. I will certainly be back for all of my services and especially for tires. Thank you to Jasael and his tire specialist. Their service makes me have faith in the world again!!

Rick got me in without an appointment for a battery that went bad. Unfortunately the battery was on backorder through Honda. Rick searched for inventory at other dealerships as well as Acura but they were out of stock everywhere. Rick was able to find an aftermarket battery and he was able to get Honda to cover through the warranty. I feel that Rick went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in good condition for an upcoming road trip.

Very efficient and polite I just wasn’t sure where to go to drop off car and which desk to go to when picking up. I did have to make an appointment online because no one called me back when I left a message to make an appointment.
