My appt was for an oil change and license the car. Service was good and done as expected. If I had one wish, and I could have asked but forgot, it would have been for the tech to point out the things that wil need to be addressed in the near future. I only say this as it is getting more difficult for me to read you printed sheets.

I was very upset about the mirror that, I ordered the mirror and the part department didn’t call me when the mirror arrived I called the part the 2weeks later.

Only because you asked I order a key fob July 13 made appointment 17 to program it. Got there no key fob. Jacob didn’t inform me. I spoke with parts department they told me Acura (purchase at LHM) didn’t have the part that was ordered on the 13th. I sat for 2 hrs finally I speak with Jacob. Getting fob from different dealership might be awhile. Jennifer told me. Later when I left and came back they found one about 3 hrs prior. She cut it and it was ready. Jennifer in parts is a Rock Star. Jacob needs to address his priority’s. This was a warranty purchased through LHM. I might say it was time consuming. I just laughed it off at least I wasn’t missing parts this time. But I promise I will be watching.
