Excellent service from Spencer in your service department.

It was fast

Oil change and tire rotation. Less than a mile after leaving the service department, the 'check tire pressure' came on. Came back and the pressures were off. The receipt I got stated clearly that the pressure was checked. There is a disconnect in your system. Spencer did a great job getting me in and out, but automation in your forms isn't being paid attention. Don't get me started on my license plate issues.

The service advisor I spoke with didn't fully pursue resolution of the issue that I brought in the car fo. Specifically, I asked about having a forced activation of the maintenance minder done. However, following the multi-point inspection, in the video he sent showing the various maintenance items recommended for my car, at the end of it he indicated that he would not be able to do what I had requested.However, when I called the mechanic Erik Thomas, he was incredibly helpful and did a great job of listening to my concerns and the background research I had done related to what needed to be done for the vehicle. He was able to communicate the request to the team and ultimately they were able to do what I brought the car in for!
