My car broke down at work, I called lhm Honda spoke to KC she got me in touch with Mike tow Co. He came to my work towed my car it was fixed 12 hrs later. Erik got me an uber to pick it up. It was so easy

Joseph was great. Did not know I needed an appointment for services needed. (Was a walk in). He made sure my vehicle was taken care of anyway. I apologized as I legitimately did not know. Excellent customer service.
