I was met by Spencer Briggs who was very pleasant yet professional in his questions and explanations. Spencer said there were 2 seat belt button recalls that I knew nothing about so Honda failed to notify me in this case.

Wet professional. Good experience. But they forgot to put my “return for next visit” sticker on my front window. Nothing major. Just a request to put those stickers on as a reminder 😊
