Brought my car in, not knowing that appointments were requred, because my front passenger tire had a bulge in the sidewall.Ended up needing to replace all four tires, but one of them was covered by the driving hazard warranty, for which I was grateful. They were alao kind enough to do my oil change while I was there instead of making me book another appointment to come back.

Came in for oil change and maintenance on my car. Process was smooth and finish in timely manner.

Was in and out in a good amount of time. I was not told how much the expectation would cost up front and was confused for a moment. I’m not in any way upset over it, but being told either when I made the appt or when they were registering me would have been ideal.
