Apparently a fastener was not correctly tightened during alignment work. The shop owned the mistakes and completed rework. Owning mistakes is important.

I love the service department. This time Erik was my service advisor. He communicated well with me. Got me an Uber to take me to work after dropping off my car, put the sticker on my license plate. Very pleasant and efficient. Erik was a time saver!
