At first it didn’t start very good. I had no idea having to get my service done required an appointment. I’ve brought my car in for the past couple of years now and always did walk in’s. The guy who told me this seemed like he just wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible to have less customers. I work everyday and today was my only day off and needed to get my oil change asap.I ended up calling to try and get a refund on my oil package to take my business elsewhere. I spoke to Joseph and he listened to me and was very understanding and kind and was able to get me in that same day. He was amazing his customer service was above and beyond. He got my car done pretty quickly. Will definitely be coming back.
