It was a very exciting experience when the day I went to Honda to choose my new car! Akram gave me the best care, he was very kind and with dedication he helped me choose the best option.

It didn’t start great, a trainee added a $315 15 k Mike inspection I didn’t approve but your service manager was amazing and took care of it without hasstle!

It was efficient and fast

Jacob communicated very well and was able to answer all my questions during the process. Even though I didn’t realize I needed an appointment, my car was still serviced and done in only three hours when I was expecting it to be there all day. Also enjoyed being able to see the Service Tracker to keep track of what stage my car was in along the way.

I went for service recall issues. Very accommodating schedule. Uber was efficient in getting me back to work and picking me up when the car was ready. It was nice that they did a full maintenance evaluation to let me know what else needed to be done to keep the car safe and functional.
