Bottom line the problem was fixed. Jacob was great but then he was off and things went down hill. I was promised pick up on Saturday after the part was ordered on Wednesday when I called Saturday to check what time it will be ready I was told it would not be ready until Monday. Since I had to rent a car and was trying to go out of town this definitely did not work. I spoke to Ryan the service manager and he arranged things so my car could be done on Saturday. Then today I got an email regarding some service that they recommended to get my battery cleaned from my appointment check while it was in there. Not one person said anything to me about this as I would have loved to of gotten it done while I was waiting 3 1/2 days to get my car back. I know it’s not a big expensive fix, but I won’t be making an appointment and waiting for a whole day to get that done at your shop.
