Oil change. Ryan the service manager took good care of me.

Joseph met me when I arrived. He was very courteous, listened while I explained about my car , then gave me advice at my request, which I appreciated. I was prepared to wait so I brought a book. He checked on me once during that wait time. When the car was ready, he explained what was done, I paid and he walked me to my car. I was pleased with everything, including the surprise of a washed and vaccumed car. All in all, an A+ experience. Thank you.

I was greeted right away. The oil change and tire rotation were finished within the time that I was told. I appreciated the fact that the service was done quickly and accurately. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t care for is getting a text with the things that should be done to my car rather than a phone. It felt a little bit impersonal
