Marcus and the management team totally surprised me! (In the best way possible) We had our 2016 Odyssey towed to their shop because the engine would no longer start. After some inspections and work they realized the engine was blown due to some previous repairs done at the location. Instead of fighting or making it hard they told me they would take care of it and I am very pleased! Even though it’s 25 min from my house to their dealership they will continue to get my business for the foreseeable future!

Everything was fine except for how long it took. It took 3 hours to do an oil change, car inspection and fix a flat. I had an appointment as well, that wait was ridiculous.

Had a slow leak in rr tire..They found it and fixed it.
