Wayne Emery did a fantastic job getting us into a couple of cars that fit our budget.

It was good, they helped me out and got right to the issue. Not to pushy on recommendations that I declined.

I dropped off my car 7:15 for an oil change. I did not walk out of there until after 9:00. I am happy with my oil change and I can’t fault the dealership because mechanics fail to show up to work. Seems to be a problem everywhere. The only problem I can see here is the mechanic doing the oil change might feel pressured to hurry up and not do the job as good as he usually would.

Erik Thomas is fantastic. He’s done such a wonderful job helping us every time we come in and always goes above and beyond. If there’s an employee recognition program, he should get it. He’s so friendly and helpful and makes car repairs such a pleasant experience.

I always use LHM service department, no matter what car I’m driving, because they are awesome! However, today I took my Subaru in for a 60K mile service, and waited over 4 hours! They said it was because they were under staffed today, and gave me a 10% discount, which was really nice. However, I think if they knew they were under staffed, and knew I was waiting, they should’ve offered me a ride home. I felt like I wasted my whole day waiting.
