I went to get the Black Friday winterization special….it wasn’t quite time for the oil change. Without that special I never would have know the scope of needed repairs. Sadly the Lifts were not functioning. Jacob offered a ride home but I thought it would only be a couple of hours since everyone thought things would be up and running in an hour or so. Abt 3 hrs later I took Jacob up on the ride offer! Throughout the whole process, he was marvelous! Even delivering the bad news of the needed repairs, he was professional, helpful and understanding. As the repairs stretched into the next day, I was able to get a loaner vehicle-attend the family funeral and some other important errands I couldn’t miss. I don’t know the name of the mechanic work had to battle the rust to do the work but I will be forever grateful to this person for all they did to get my car back up to snuff! The last 2 1/2 yrs have been so hard with Warren’s passing…I’m just starting to feel like I want to venture out on rides again on my own. Without LHM help from Jacob and the mechanic, I would not be able to do that LHM has taken care of our CRV for 8or 9 yrs….I’ve trusted you all to do what was needed. But this time Jacob and the unknown mechanic have exceeded what I needed. Many thanks to everyone there….you all were a great blessing in my life. Thank you janiecox

Spencer Briggs was wonderful in helping me. Battery issue that got resolved in less than an hour. I was able to go into work later that evening thanks to Spencer's efforts in seeing my problem through to the end.
