Fast and easy. My service advisor was helpful and attentive. I even observed him assisting multiple people and ensuring they had updated wait times for their vehicles as well. You could tell he cared about his customers.

Tow truck dropped off car late last night.Gary called first thing this morning for info & had my car back before noon. It was awesome👍🏼

Gary in the service department was wonderful. He is very helpful. Every time when i take my car he does a very good job. Even though i don't have a Honda.

Overall things were good. There was a circumstance in which I had understood upfront The car would be done the same day that I brought it in, but towards the end of the day, I got a call that the dealership would need to keep the car overnight. This created an inconvenience for my wife and me, because we had to arrange for other transportation at the “last minute”. I understand things can be difficult to assess upfront, but in this circumstance, the service advisor was pretty confident that it could be done the same day, so I depended on that. I guess what would have made the situation better is for the advisor to have said upfront, “ We’re not sure we can get it done today, you may want to make other arrangements, or reschedule the appointment”. Then I could’ve planned accordingly…Or if the advisor had called earlier in the day to tell me it would need to be kept overnight. he called about 4:30, when we already had our plans in place. Thanks for asking.
