Spencer is awesome. Spencer remembered my name the minute I walked in and asked for tires. I watched him interact with customers while I was waiting for my tires to be replaced, he’s super attentive and makes sure to focus his attention on the customer, he demonstrates compassion and understanding of individual customer needs and their current situation. I don’t even know the guy but first impressions in sales are everything, and he has it nailed.
